Member/Guest Sign Up 

 

The 2025 season is underway, and we begin looking forward to our traditional summer Men's Club major events. A favorite, the Member/Guest, will be held August 1-3.  We are looking forward to another great event this year. Below are the details of the weekend and instructions for registration. Looking forward to seeing many of you participate again this year.

Friday August 1st: 

We begin at 5:00 with our traditional evening horse race event. After the horse race we have appetizers at Bistro 28. We will also have our calcutta auction for each team. Keep in mind, participation is optional for the calcutta.  Each team will have the opportunity to bid for all teams during the auction and to still purchase half of their team after the auction. We will pay cash for the top 5 finishers for the weekend for the calcutta.  REMEMBER TO BRING PLENTY OF CASH!!!  for the calcutta - Cash only!

 

Saturday August 2nd:

Our first tee time will start around noon and we will play 2-man best ball at 80% of handicap. Dinner at Bistro 28 follows at 6:00. We have a limited number of extra seats for spouses at dinner at a cost of $60, please advise if you have would like to reserve a seat.

 

Sunday August 3rd:

We begin teeing off at 8:00, again, with 2-man best ball at 80% handicap. Lunch will follow golf.

There will be cash and shop credit prizes for the horserace, skins each day and top finishers for the day and overall. This is a 36-hole event, with 18 holes on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, with the winning team having the low overall 36-hole net score.

 

The cost of the event this year is $900 per team (assuming the member is a season pass holder and the guest is not).

 

As is typically the case with this event, availability is limited, and priority will be given to those who played in this event last year. If you plan to play, please let register ASAP.  Remember, your partner MUST have an official current USGA GHIN index.
