President Mel Doherty called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. A quorum was declared. The agenda was reviewed and approved as submitted.
Secretary’s Report: The minutes from the December meeting were reviewed and approved.
Treasurers Report: No budget changes
Old Business:
o New Member Incentive . Troy agreed to give a 50% discount on a range pass with 1 member signed up and a free range pass if you sign up 2 new members.
o Handicap only fees . A motion was made to raise the handicap only fee to $30.00 and leave the JR handicap fee at $20.00. Motion was approved
New Business:
o Procedures for breaking tie’s . It was decided to us the USGA tie breaking procedures for Men’s Club events.
o Handbook . The board went through the handbook and identified items to be reviewed at the February meeting
o Events . Discussion was to use the same events as in 2009. Making changes to the events based on the AAR’s. WE also thought that changing 2 events on the schedule every year may be a good way to keep things interesting.
o Holiday Gathering .We set the date for the Holiday Gathering for January 30th.Tami fro T’s will have a pizza special for the event.
